The majority stockholder of FROX is Noser Management AG, based in Hombrechtikon. The company currently has its headquarters in Hombrechtikon on the lake of Zurich, and a subsidiary in Worblaufen, near Berne, as well as Heppenheim, Germany.

Business Service Management
offers our customers consulting services, sound project management and high-end "best practice" products that enable service management processes based on ITSM (BMC Software) to be implemented, monitored and evaluated in accordance with ITIL. We have maintained an intensive partnership with BMC Software since 1997, and are continuously expanding our team of developers and consultants in this area.
The affiliated engineering business unit designs and develops customer-specific applications and portal solutions. This unit also forms the European competence center for the interface standards defined by the Telemanagement Forum, and has been successfully implementing integration projects in the fields of interfaces and databases for over 13 years.
